How can I order?
Internet
All ordering is done through the LTT website, with easy-to-follow instructions. If you haven’t already done so, register first then place your order. For future orders, simply log in with your registration details.

Phone
If you aren’t able to access the internet to order, please call us during office hours and a staff member will process your order via the website.

When do I need to submit my order?
Make sure you order by midnight on a Sunday. Your order will then be delivered to you a few days later (Thursday in Brisbane and Friday for all other areas). For example, order on Sunday and receive your order a few days later. Order on Monday and receive your order the following week (10-11 days later).

Why can’t I get my order straight away?
The reason for this is that the cooking process commences at the beginning of each week. After midnight on Sunday, the ordering system processes all orders that need to be cooked that week. Ingredients are purchased and cooking begins. Because our ordering system is computer-automated, ordering after the deadline will mean your delivery will occur the following week.

Is there a minimum order?
So that we are able to keep overall costs down for you, a minimum order of 6 meals from the menu is necessary.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our kitchen at 7 Morse St, Newstead, on a Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.

How do I collect my order?
If you’re a Brisbane resident, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from the kitchen. You will need to indicate that you wish to pick it up in the relevant section of the order form. Orders will be ready in a plastic bag. Please supply your own esky and/or ice to keep the food cool until you can refrigerate it. The kitchen is located at Shop 2 / 31 Glenora Street, Wynnum. For service, simply press the doorbell next to the sliding door.

Collection time is between 9am and midday on a Thursday.

Is delivery available?
Brisbane deliveries occur on Thursdays.

Non-Brisbane deliveries occur on Fridays.

These delivery days are set in place to allow us to prepare your meals fresh for you at the beginning of the week, then deliver them to you as soon as practically possible.

What if I’m not home for delivery?
Your order will arrive packed on ice in a polystyrene esky.

If you’re not home when the courier delivers your order, the meals will stay refrigerated in the esky until you get home later that day.

The courier will leave your order at the front door unless you have indicated otherwise in the delivery instructions.

What time will my order arrive on delivery day?
In Brisbane, your order will arrive after lunch. A general delivery time is indicated on the Order Confirmation emailed to you after placing your order. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond their control, the couriers are unable to deliver at that time. In that case, your order will arrive by close of business.

For all other non-Brisbane delivery areas, the courier services we use operate on a ‘Morning Run’ and ‘Afternoon Run’ system. Your order will arrive according to the courier’s delivery schedule and before close of business. You may wish to indicate a preferred time (morning or afternoon) and the courier will do all possible to accommodate those delivery instructions.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We may be able to trace your package on the courier’s website.

Is the food fresh or frozen?
So that you have the option of feeding your baby immediately or freezing the meals for later, they are delivered to you fresh, not frozen. That way, you choose what’s suitable for your family’s needs.

Can I recycle my polystyrene eskies?
You certainly can, and the environment will thank you for it! Little Tummy Tucker offers an Esky & Ice Pack Recycling Scheme. For each esky returned in good condition with its ice packs, we will provide you with a $4 Gift Voucher to be used towards future meal purchases. The more eskies and ice packs you return, the greater the Gift Voucher value. For example, return 5 eskies with their ice packs and receive a $20 Gift Voucher, sent to your email address. You could feed your baby for FREE!

Please leave address labels on the lids so our staff members are able to identify you as the esky owner and easily count the eskies to determine the value of your voucher. Note that eskies returned without ice packs, will not be counted towards the value of the Gift Voucher.

Returns can be made to our kitchen at Shop 2 / 31 Glenora Street, Wynnum, at the following times:

Tuesday: 9am – 1pm
Wednesday: 9am – 3pm
Thursday: 9am – midday
