The Little Tummy Tucker team includes leading child dietician Kate Di Prima, and renowned behavioural specialist Meg Parkinson. So you can trust us when we say Little Tummy Tucker knows what kids need!

Dinah Pherous | Founder and Managing Director

Dinah is the Founder and Managing Director of Little Tummy Tucker and is very passionate about children’s nutrition and wellbeing! Dinah’s made it her goal to partner with childcare centres in providing the highest quality of food to their children, at an affordable price.

Brian Pozzey | Professional Chef and Food Systemisation Technician

Brian is our Little Tummy Tucker chef, and working closely with Kate Di Prima, creates all the Little Tummy Tucker meals. Brian has developed recipes for some of Australia’s leading food companies including Meat & Livestock Australia, Dairy Farmers, Lenard’s, National Culinary Academy, Queensland Rail .He has been the proud winner of multiple Restaurant & Catering awards for excellence and is the past National and State President and Life Member of the Restaurant & Caterers Association.

Kate Di Prima | Little Tummy Tucker Dietician and Nutritionist

Kate Di Prima has 17 years’ experience as an accredited practising dietician and nutritionist and has been advising Little Tummy Tucker for over 6 years. Kate is the author of 2 recipe books including: More Peas Please: Solutions for Fussy Eater. Kate is also a regular columnist for several publications including Practical Parenting and the media spokesperson for Dieticians Association Queensland. Kate is dedicated to giving growing kids the nutritional balance they need to be happy and healthy!

Meg Parkinson | Little Tummy Tucker Child Behavioural Consultant

Meg is our behavioural specialist and has 15 years’ experience working in the education sector. She is the leader in the development of the education policy on bullying and holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) as well as a Masters of Education (Guidance and counselling). Meg is also a consultant and class facilitator for smart parenting and behavioural management programs. Meg really has an answer for everything child-related!

Murray Spiers | Little Tummy Tucker Quality Assurance Manager

Murray brings comprehensive knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance to the Little Tummy Tucker team and to your centre. Murray’s role is to assist centres with ensuring their food safety procedures are in line with their local council requirements.
