We also take hygiene very seriously. That’s why our meals are prepared in a high specification HACCP-approved commercial kitchen, under rigorous processes and controls, and are independently micro tested for pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria in a NATA laboratory before being dispatched to our centres.

Little Tummy Tucker meals are snap frozen to retain all their nutrients, natural colour and flavour before being delivered to the childcare centres. Being snap frozen also eliminates the risk of nasty bacteria, which can cause illness.

Another advantage of using Little Tummy Tucker is that we have a wide selection of meals available to keep children enjoying meal times, and, we cater for special dietary needs such as wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, lactose free, pork free, Halal and vegetarian meal options. Food provided for children with allergies or special dietary requirements is packaged separately to avoid cross contamination and clearly labelled with a nutritional panel, heating instructions and is marked with a red dot. The meal, what day it relates to, and the child it is for, is also documented on the delivery sheet. All super convenient!
